Geo Ben-Gur Architecture specializes in providing a variety of high-standard planning and project management services for both public and private entities. Our planning services include editing and managing planning of master plans, architectural planning at all stages of work up to obtaining building permits, and accompanying and supervising construction. The firm also provides comprehensive and ongoing statutory support and guidance services for companies and unique projects. Architect Avi Ben-Gur holds a B.Arch degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Technion (1984) and a Master's degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Harvard University, Cambridge (1989). He has worked in the office of Moshe Safdie in Jerusalem and the United States, participating in numerous projects including the planning of the Hebrew Union College, the master plan for the Mamilla neighborhood in Jerusalem, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, and the Montreal Opera House. In 1989, he worked in New York City, planning several buildings and contributing to the planning team for the master plan of Dallas, Texas. Since 1993, he has been involved in planning in Israel, and from 1995 to 2007 served as the engineer of the Mateh Yehuda Regional Council and chaired the local planning and construction committee. Today, Avi leads his office in Jerusalem, engaged in a wide range of diverse projects across the country.
