BRITISH POLICE COMPOUND

Plan for the British Police Complex (Tegart) in Abu Ghosh. This complex contains two buildings designated for preservation: the British police fortress and the villa. These buildings serve as a historically significant landmark in the heritage of the region. The Tegart building is intended primarily for tourism use, and the area to the north is designated for the municipal council building. This plan proposes two land parcels: one designated for hotel use, covering approximately 14 dunams, which includes the Tegart building, the villa, and a new hotel; and another parcel to the north, covering approximately 4 dunams, designated for the municipal building and partially for commercial use.
