EIN RAFA

The villages of Ein Rafa and Ein Nakuba are located in the Judean Hills, near Highway 1 leading to Jerusalem. The master plan proposes a long-term development strategy for these villages, addressing the residents' needs for housing and infrastructure, including education and community facilities. The plan includes the establishment of an education campus and a shared employment complex for both villages. The advancement of this plan is funded by the Ministry of Construction and Housing through the Mateh Yehuda Regional Council.
