EVEN SAPIR

This plan is intended to create a comprehensive planning framework for the village of Even Sapir while preserving its rural and touristic character. The overall planning of the village is adjusted to meet changing needs, following the approval and establishment of the village’s expansion. Additionally, the plan proposes adding housing units within the limits permitted by National Master Plan 35, and changing the designation of areas within the approved plan and on the outskirts of the village from agricultural zones to tourism (rural lodging), commercial, employment, and tourism areas, as well as public buildings
