RAMAT ELIYAHU

The master plan for urban renewal in the Ramat Eliyahu neighborhood in Rishon Lezion defines areas for redevelopment, including low-rise buildings and residential towers. The plan proposes the consolidation and redistribution of existing residential areas to optimize land use for residential purposes, public services, open public spaces, and roads. A total of approximately 828 housing units are proposed.
