BEZEQ

The project involves the construction of two 6-story residential buildings, comprising 42 housing units in the heart of Modi'in's central business district (CBD). The plan includes the demolition of an unused Bezeq central office building to make way for the new residential structures. The design of the buildings preserves the pedestrian passage between Dam HaMaccabim Boulevard—the main street of the CBD—and Tletan Street, while also considering the adjacent public spaces.
